Refund policy

General Guidelines

Lilies Bikinis will accept any clean, unworn, and unwashed bikinis for an exchange if we receive an exchange inquiry email within 7 days of the customer receiving the garment and we receive the physical return of the garment within 30 days. Bikinis must be returned with bikini lining on, in their original packaging, and all hangtags still attached. Unfortunately, we can not offer any returns for sanitary reasons. We only accept exchanges for the full amount in Store Credit only.


Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless there was a mistake made on the order by the Lilies team (received the wrong bikini or faulty garment), in that case, the customer will be reimbursed for standard shipping fees only.

How do I exchange?

  • Go to our Returns Center Portal
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (we receive the physical return of the garment within 30 days)
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags and hygienic liners intact

What items are non-returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • International orders (unless the customer would like to pay for exchange shipping) 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

Refund to store credit. 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my store credit code?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2-4 working days after approval.
