What is the Lilies bikinis mission?

Why doesn't my order list any tax costs?

Being that I am a small independent designer, I have not yet met the sales threshold that is required by most states in order to retain a tax permit from them. Without a tax permit from your state, I cannot legally collect sales taxes from you. I can't charge taxes on sales from any states, other than my home state of Texas.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship worldwide! Find your form of currency in the very top left drop down menu.
Don't see your form of currency? It is okay! Simply figure out what the USD conversion is to your currency to find out how much you will be paying.

Although you may see the amount in USD at checkout, trust that your card will always be charged the equivalent in your form of currency.

How long will it take to recieve my bikini?

Please allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment of your order.

Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days domestically.

International shipping generally takes between 7-14 business days.

HOw do i care for my bikini?

Lilies Bikinis are made of the highest quality materials and will last a lifetime, but we highly recommend giving them a little TLC. Please hand wash your Lilies Bikinis with mild soap and lay flat to dry, indoors.

Do not worry, your Lilies postcard that comes in your package will remind you.

Can I Return a Product?

We will accept any clean, unworn, unwashed garment in the original packaging, with hang tags and sanitary liners in tact, for store credit only. Due to sanitary issues with wearing a bikini, it is best practice to not allow returns. Please be sure to follow Girl Code & try on your Lilies Bikinis with the hygienic liners in tact and proper undergarments on. Lilies Bikinis must be emailed within 7 days of customer receiving the package in order to qualify for the exchange.

2. Be sure to include full name, order number, items to exchanges, and reason for exchange.
3. We will email you back with further details & an exchange form, within 48 hours.

Will i pay for shipping on a return?

Postage charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Except in cases of exchange due to receiving the wrong order or a faulty garment, in which case Lilies Bikinis will take full responsibility for shipping payments - standard shipping only.
