UPDATE in response to company reply Disputing since August 2023 ,the company is claiming I received a refund as if they offered and issued me one. When I had to file a dispute with my bank and with shop pay as they still didn't offer a refund and wanted me to go through another exchange after the first failed horribly. This is also the first mention I was given of the emergency situation having occured during the slience. 2 months later the email said they hadn't been replying because they were busy opening a new business. I would not have gone to these lengths if I had received any communication even if they hadn't mentioned private medical issues. There were no efforts made to correct issues until after I emailed the company one final time stating I was filing a charge back . There is a big difference between giving a customer a refund and the customer fighting for a refund through their bank and shopay. As of 12/11/23 the dispute on affirm is still marked as in progress.
